First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… anchored the 4x800-meter relay team that finished second at the Shamrock Invitational with a 9:05.21… also ran a 57.92 to finish 14th in the 400-meter dash… finished fourth in the 400-meter dash with a 55.30 at the CUF Invitational… helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish 15th at the Florida Relays with a 3:45.19… ran a 57.19 to finish ninth in the 400-meter dash at the International Friendship & Freedom Games… anchored the 4x200-meter relay team that finished second in the ECAC final with a 1:34.29 at the Penn Relays… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the gold at the MEAC Championships with a 3:40.83… also finished fourth in the 400-meter dash with a 56.37.

First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… Third Team All-MEAC in the 400-meter dash… helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish fifth at the CNU Holiday Open with a 4:05.83… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the gold at the New York City Gotham Cup with a 3:50.79, while also anchoring the 4x800-meter relay team that finished second with a 9:35.89… ran a 58.05 in the 400-meter dash to finish fourth in the Kent Taylor UNC Classic… helped the 4x400-meter relay team take gold at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 3:46.26… ran a 57.12 to finish 36th in the 400-meter dash at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational… anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that won the gold at the MEAC Championships with a 3:48.01… also finished third in the 400-meter dash after running a 57.38.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season with a 23:46.21 on the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational, finishing 60th… finished 81st in the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional with a 30:07.90 over the 6K course… ran a season-best 23:05.00 to finish 44th at the HBCU Cross Country Challenge… ran a 30:56.30 over the 6K course at the Tribe Open to finish 38th… finished 55th at the MEAC Championships after running a 23:20.92.
2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 57.77 in the 400-meter dash at the Colonial Relays, finishing 14th… finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the Hampton Relays, running a 59.12… tied for 18th in the 400-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, running a 58.20… ran a season-best 56.96 in the preliminaries of the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, finishing 11th.
2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 59.95 in the 400-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open to finish 12th… finished third in the 400-meter dash at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite, running a 58.60… finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Vince Brown Invitational, running a 59.28.

Finished 34th in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 58.27… finished 22nd in the 200-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational at North Carolina A&T, running a 26.17… also finished 21st in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.27… time of 59.02 in the 400-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet was good enough for 12th.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Won the 400-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 58.71… finished third in the 400-meter dash as the Father Diamond Invitational at George Mason with a time of 59.24… finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational, running a 59.21.
2007 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 12th in the Maryland-Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter Invite with a time of 23:09.36… time of 23:16.00 at the Norfolk State Invitational was good enough for 25th.
LONG BEACH POLY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year performer on the Long Beach Poly track & field team… named track & field MVP as a freshman… named MVP again her sophomore year as Long Beach Poly won the Moore League championship… ran both cross country and track as a junior.
