Hampton University senior guard Reginald Johnson, Jr. was named HU Player of the Week for his performance on the basketball court this past week.

Johnson averaged 17.0 points and 4.0 rebounds as Hampton defeated Delaware State and Howard this past week, including 18 points in Saturday's win over the Bison; 14 of those points came in the second half.

He also had 16 points in Monday's 10-point win over the Hornets.
