PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – The Hampton University cross country team opened its season Saturday in the UMES Invite and came out with a three top 25 finishes.
Geoffrey McCullough was the top finisher for Hampton over the 8k course in 15
th place in 29:41.00, while Coby Price was in 19
th (30:07.40) and Tayvon Burris was in 25
th (30:57.00).
Rounding out Hampton's participants were
Jamont Hike-Charles in 37
th (33:16.00) and Zaire Huyghue in 51
st (36:52.70).
Hampton returns to action next weekend at the George Mason Invitational in Fairfax, Va.
