2009 JUNIOR SEASON
Played in 11 games for the Pirates, making eight starts… sixth on the team with 50 tackles (24 solo, 26 assisted) on the season… recorded a career-high nine tackles three times: against Delaware State (two solo, seven assisted), against South Carolina State(five solo, four assisted) and at Winston-Salem State (five solo, four assisted)… intercepted a pass and returned it 23 yards against South Carolina State… recorded half a sack against Florida A&M… had 4.5 tackles for a loss of 15 yards on the season… forced a fumble at Alabama A&M and against Howard.

2008 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in 10 games for the Pirates… recorded 13 solo tackles and 12 assisted efforts on the season… recorded half a sack… broke up two passes on the season… recovered one fumble.

2007 FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in six of 11 games for the Pirates… recorded three solo and four assisted tackles… had 1.5 tackles for a loss of two yards.

HAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL
Helped guide the Crabbers and coach Mike Smith to a 2005 Group AAA Division 5 state championship and a 2006 Peninsula District title while starting at linebacker and running back… Second Team All-State as a freshman… First Team All-State as a sophomore… had 93 tackles and two interceptions as a junior… had 192 tackles, two interceptions and four sacks as a senior… named the 2006 Daily Press Defensive Player of the Year… first team Group AAA all-state and all-district as a senior.

Born Jacobi Pierre Fenner on June 16, 1988 in Newport News, Va.… son of Darryl and Reglin Fenner… has three brothers (Darrlyn, Derrick, Darryl) and three sisters (Lachiga, Lafarrill, Diamond)… brother Derrick Fenner played wide receiver at the University of Maryland and brother Darrlyn Fenner is a redshirt senior linebacker at UMass… featured in the Daily Press… majoring in sports management.
