Hampton University junior guard Nicole Hamilton was named HU Athlete of the Week on Monday following her performance this past week on the hardwood.

Hamilton (Hampton, Va.) was named to the All-Tournament Team in the Reef Division of the U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam after averaging 11.7 points per game in the Lady Pirates’ three contests. She tied her season high with 17 points on Saturday against Florida Gulf Coast, hitting a season-high three 3-pointers.

Hamilton also had 12 points on Friday against DePaul.
