Hampton University junior linebacker Keith McAfee was named HU Athlete of the Week following his performance this past week on the gridiron.

McAfee (Charlotte, N.C.) led the Pirates with 12 tackles in Thursday’s loss at North Carolina A&T. Nine of his tackles against the Aggies were solo efforts, and she also had a sack for a loss of seven yards.
 
He also had a quarterback hurry.
