Hampton University senior guard Kyani White was named HU Athlete of the Week for her performance on the basketball court this past week.

White (Manassas, Va.) dropped a career-high 28 points this past Monday in an 80-61 win over Howard, going 11-for-16 from the floor and hitting all four of her 3-pointers. She also tied her career high with seven rebounds.
 
White also dished out three assists and grabbed five steals.
