TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Hampton University women's bowling team concluded its season over this past weekend in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference South Division #3 event hosted by Florida A&M University.
Devin Hill was the top finisher for Hampton as she was in a tie for 16
th place after averaging 177.8 for four games on Saturday. The 177.8 was her best average for a tournament and she shot a season-high 217 against Bethune-Cookman University.
Laina Rivers was just behind Hill averaging 176.5 for the four Saturday games to be alone in 18
th place. Her high game of the tournament was a 192 against Norfolk State.
Jenai Teamer was one pin behind Rivers finishing alone in 19
th place with a 176.25 average in the head-to-head matches Saturday. Her high game was a 190 against North Carolina A&T.
Daysha Baskin rounded out the top 20 finishers for Hampton as she was in 19
th place averaging 174.5 with a high game of 193 against Norfolk State.
