HAMPTON, Va. (Jan. 2, 2024) … The Hampton Lady Pirates open the Coastal Athletic Association portion of their schedule when Hampton (4-7) travels to Williamsburg to take on William & Mary (3-8) on Jan. 3 at Kaplan Arena.

CeCe Thomas chipped in 12 in the win. The Lady Pirates are 2-2 on enemy courts this season.
Clinton is the league's third-leading scorer with a 15.9 points per game average.
Jenae Dublin (8.7 ppg), Thomas (8.8 ppg), and
Aisha Dabo (7.5 ppg) lead a balanced offense. Dublin is Hampton's leading rebounder with 5.7 caroms per contest followed by Dabo at 4.7.
William & Mary is coming off a 107-57 loss at the hands of No. 8-ranked Maryland. Bella Nascimento leads the Tribe in scoring with 12.8 points per game.
William & Mary leads the series that began in 1977 by a 16-11 margin. The Tribe has a 12-2 record against the Lady Pirates in games played in Williamsburg and have a four-game winning streak against Hampton.
Following the game with William & Mary, the Lady Pirates return to the Hampton Convocation Center to take on CAA foe North Carolina A&T on Sunday, Jan. 5 at 2:00 p.m.
