WILMINGTON, N.C. (Sept. 22, 2025) … The Hampton men's tennis team played in the Porter's Neck invitational in Wilmington, N.C. this weekend. Five Pirates competed in multiple singles matches, while Hampton competed in five doubles matches. 

The Pirates put together a record of 8-8 overall in singles and 3-2 in doubles. Kevin Jorquera and Kohei Konishi led the Pirates in singles with 2-1 records while Rafael Padilha added two. Konishi and Tsihon Fedorov continued their strong start to the fall season, improving their doubles record to 3-0 on the year with a win this weekend.
