HAMPTON, Va. (Nov. 2, 2023) – The Lady Pirates will be traveling to Buies Creek, N.C. to face the Campbell Camels this weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

The Lady Pirates visited the Elon Phoenix last weekend with the games ending (0-3, 0-3).
Elon Game Summaries
Game 1
Maria Eduarda Rodrigues led the Lady Pirates in kills with eight, followed by
Kristine Teivane with seven in her first match of the season.
Nadja Bulatovic achieved a career-high 16 assists on the day.
Kalyn Pierre posted eight assists.
Kristine Teivane and
Kylah Hunter each recorded an ace.
On the defensive side of the ball, Madison Clark finished the day with 10 digs, while Hunter and Teivane posted eight and seven. Tyller Williams notched two blocks at the net.
Game 2
Kristine Teivane posted the most kills for Hampton with seven.
Madison Clark had six and
Maria Eduarda Rodrigues had seven.
Nadja Bulatovic led the Lady Pirates with nine assists while
Kalyn Pierre notched eight.

Rickelle Wescott each had an ace.
Rodrigues led the Lady Pirates on the defensive side of the net tallying seven digs. Kylah Hunter had five and Nadja Bulatovic four. Cortni Adams achieved a career-high in blocks with four and Clark a season-high with three against the Phoenix.

Madison Clark leads the Lady Pirates in kills with 71 on the season.
Maria Eduarda Rodrigues trails by one at 70 while freshman
Rhisen Davis has 47.
Kalyn Pierre continues to lead Hampton in setting duties and has tallied 98 assists, including 16 last weekend.
Nadja Bulatovic follows with 66.
Rickelle Wescott has the most aces with 16.
On the defensive side of the net, libero
Kylah Hunter has recorded the most digs with 120, while Clark has 76. Rodrigues has 65 and Davis 59. Wescott has provided the most
blocks for the Lady Pirates with 28 followed by
Tyller Williams with 19.
Scouting the Camels (12-12, CAA 9-5)
Campbell is led by Greg Goral in his 11th season with the Camels. He is the winningest coach in Campbell's history (167-147) and led them to their first Big South
Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2021.
Chloe Cook leads the Camels in kills with 267. Teammate Gwen Wolkow follows next with 232. Maddie Converse is the main setter with 600 assists while McKenna Sciacca has spent time there as well with 280. Claranne Fechter has posted 407 digs on the defensive side of the net which is 188 more than her next teammate. Aley Clent leads the team in blocks with 87 and Melody Paige has 77.
The Lady Pirates are 0-11 in contests against the Camels all-time.
